Introducing Align Society
Today, I'm so excited to introduce you to Align Society! 🎉
This program has been on my heart for many years, and I could not be more excited to bring it to life. Align Society is a coaching program and supportive community for ambitious women leaders seeking clarity, growth, and connection.
As a coach, I'm on a mission to empower women leaders to deepen their self-knowledge, gain clarity on where they're going, and define intentional next steps to get there. I love what I do! Two years ago, my life looked very different.
Two years ago, my life looked very different.
In February 2023, I had signed up for a “Mastermind” led by Lindsey Marie and Powerhouse Women. I felt a nudge to attend, and I had no idea what to expect.
I just knew I needed to go.
The year prior, I had left my career of 15+ years after feeling burned out and misaligned. I had gotten certified as a coach, but I still lacked clarity on where I was headed. When I arrived in that room, I didn't even know how to introduce myself.
Who was I in this “in between”?
The space in the in between is uncertain and ever-changing. It's the time between who you were and who you want to be. Between where you are and where you want to go. Facing the unknown and uncertainty felt daunting and lonely.

I look back at that version of myself, and I'm so grateful I had the courage to keep moving forward, even though I had no idea where I was headed.
The women in that room have become friends and part of my inner leadership circle. They've become sounding boards and continue to inspire me every day by showing me what's possible.
That is the power of coaching + community.
Community has been a throughline of my work, and Align Society is the next evolution of my mission—helping women leaders grow, align, and lead with confidence, together.
If you're in the in-between, just know—as the Universe reveals what's next, it's the space in between, where you let go, that you can be grateful for, because that's what got you to where you are today, and what will guide you to what's next. It's where the magic happens.
