Hi, I’m Kelly!

I’m a certified coach, speaker, and mentor with over 18 years of leadership experience.

My mission is to help women achieve greater impact by giving them the tools to choose LESS and focus on what matters most.

I’ve held key leadership roles in Colorado’s community-focused organizations, from economic development and policy initiatives to co-founding KIN—a vibrant community empowering professional women to grow through personal development and connection.

I know firsthand the challenges of juggling it all: career, family, friendships, self-care, relationships, and ambitious goals.
